Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your session, you will be allowed two (2) re-schedule attempts. All payments are non-refundable, but exceptions can be made with exceptional circumstances such as life-threatening emergencies or other catastrophic circumstances. The Easy Therapy staff will make good-faith efforts to reschedule sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours of the session start time. Monthly pre-paid sessions are an exception. With monthly prepaid sessions, clients are signing up for recurring time slots and no cancellations are allowed as these are recurring appointment slots. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis and cancellations may be allowed/re-scheduled in the case of emergency/catastrophic circumstances.
